Monolith Is A UE4 Game Created For Global Game Jam 2016 by a team of 12 people. It Is A Fixed Camera 3rd Person Puzzle-Platformer About A Cat Spirit Finding And Guiding Spirits Up A Towering Monolith.

My role
On this project I acted as Art Lead and an Environment Artist. The art team came together on a style we wanted to work in and I was responsible for communicating this aesthetic between the artists and tech artists in order for them to create assets and set the scenes. As well as communicating the idea I would review the assets and make tweaks if need be This was in order to be cohesive style and achieve and aesthetically pleasing experience. Also I was responsible for the environment on the first level.
While the game was finished for game jam the team and I want to rework some of the mechanics so I will post more information when it is available, however for now here is a teaser and gifs :3
